How it works
The doctor examines you, decides which tests are useful and takes the samples. The laboratory analyses them and the doctor explains the results and what they mean for your treatment.
- Tests requested by the examining doctor, not ordered blindly
- Analysis by a licensed laboratory
- Results explained to you in English
- Report you can share with your own doctor at home
Typical tests
Common examples are a complete blood count, inflammation markers, blood sugar, kidney and liver values, urine tests and rapid tests where relevant. The doctor tells you how long each result usually takes.
Travel insurance paperwork
After the visit you receive an itemised invoice and a medical report written in English by the examining doctor. These are the documents most travel insurers ask for when you file a reimbursement claim.
If your insurer offers direct billing, send us your policy number on WhatsApp before the visit and we will tell you whether it can be arranged.
